IN STORE PURCHASES: Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase, no returns will be accepted after this date.

-ONLINE ORDERS PICKED UP: Return to the store within 10 days of purchase.  If you require an even exchange (different size or color of same item) please email us at contact@shopluckycharlie with the information on what color/size you need for the exchange & we can swap you on the spot.  If you are exchanging for a new item, place an order for the new item on shopluckycharlie.com then return the initial item to the store.

-ONLINE ORDERS SHIPPED: Return with a postmark no more than 10 days past the original shipping date, no returns will be accepted after this date. If you require an exchange fill out the form that was included in your order and send it back with your return.

RETURN CONDITIONS: Items returned must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Shoes must show no signs of wear on bottom and be in original, undamaged box.
